In Tax Litigation, we work on a wide variety of fascinating cases like developing local/global coordinated dispute resolution and litigation strategies, making use of national legislation, EU law and case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union, and assisting with both regulatory and voluntary disclosures. We also help clients during audits, (fraud) investigations and raids. Our team assists with administrative appeals and settlement discussions through negotiations with authorities, policymakers and mediation and arbitration procedures, defending clients’ interests in the national and international courts.
