Ophélie joined PwC Legal in 2018 and joined the Brussels Bar in 2015. As a Senior Associate, she specialises in all aspects of IP, IT, Data Protection & Privacy. Ophélie is passionate about IP and technology and holds an advanced master degree (LLM) in Intellectual Property Law and Knowledge Management from Maastricht University. She has the ability to quickly understand the needs of the clients and provide “straight to the point” and “solution-driven” advices related to business law matters. Ophélie also lived two years in Vietnam where she contributed as a lawyer to the development of an American NGO operating for the protection of women’s rights, following to which she founded and shortly operated Leizuu, an e-commerce start-up in ethical fashion. She has particular interest in new technologies and digital transformation. Ophélie is a native French speaker, fluent in English and has working proficiency in Dutch.
