The law of 21 March 2021 reshuffled the cards of the judicial reorganisation procedure.
It made it more flexible, more discrete and put an end to the tax discrimination that existed with out-of-court agreements. For a complete overview, see our previous article.
These changes were only meant to be temporary: from the end of March 2021 until 30 June 2021.
However, as provided for in the original law, the government extended this period by just over a year, until 16 July 2022.
