You will join one of the biggest employment law teams on the Belgian market combining commercial acumen and client advice on all kinds of individual and collective labour law issues. Your possible team members are experts in compensation & benefits matters and in international employment schemes and are also highly involved in restructuring projects, merger & acquisition deals and social inspections.
As a Senior Associate Employment Law, you will work on various client assignments related to (inter)national employment law in the broad sense, including social security and compensation & benefits but also social inspections and international employment structures like secondments or salary splits. More specifically, you will deal with staff related actions, dismissals, contracts, policies, flexible reward programs, etc.
You will also coach junior consultants in their projects, and you will review their work before final review by management.
We analyse the client’s challenges from different angles. Therefore, you will work closely with other colleagues from various disciplines.
We have this opportunity in our Antwerp/Ghent office.
You have a master's degree in law, preferably with a major (or, alternatively, an outspoken interest) in employment law ‘sociaal recht’/‘droit social’), or a second master's degree in this legal discipline.
You have acquired up to 3 to 4 years of experience in employment law in a similar position.
Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
You are a real team player and like to invest in your colleagues.
Having lots of energy and drive, and a client-oriented service provider is a plus!
