Deborah Berkvens

Deborah is a Senior Managing Associate-Attorney in the Employment Law practice of PwC Legal.  She is based in our Brussels office and advises national and multinational companies in various industrial sectors on individual and collective labour law, social security tax law and pension law.

She has experience in corporate restructuring and transfer of undertakings, compensation and benefits, social inspection audits, employment termination, self-employed collaboration forms, employee privacy issues and contract/policy drafting.

She frequently deals with due diligence assignments, acting on both the buy side and sell side of M&A transactions, and also provides post-deal harmonisation assistance.

Clients also rely on her to represent them in employment-related matters before the Belgian courts. 

Deborah is a native Dutch speaker and is fluent in French and English.
