Emmy is a paralegal senior manager at PwC Legal.

She has over 20 years of experience in assisting Belgian and international clients in the setting-up, (re)structuring and handling of their corporate matters.

Emmy provides assistance to domestic and international clients on (cross-border) mergers, de-mergers and corporate restructurings. Her involvement includes the transaction implementation and the drafting of the legal documentation.

She also assists local and international clients with their corporate compliance obligations, helping them to set up, steer and manage the corporate compliance of their subsidiaries all over the world in an efficient, consistent and structured manner.
