Jessica brings over 10 years of experience to the Employment Law practice of PwC Legal and combines a specialized knowledge in national and international employment and social security tax law. She has worked with a full range small to large sized companies in different industrial sectors.

Jessica has specific expertise in national and international employment law and more specifically in employee transfers and company restructurings, including M&A, works council consultations, post deal harmonization projects. She also assists companies on compensation and benefits, international mobility and daily HR topics related to the employee life cycle, from advice to litigation assistance.

In addition to her legal orientation, Jessica has a practical background in HR, giving her a wide range of experiences and business insights she can rely on to offer our clients tailored advice fit for practical use.
