Katrien Antonis

After having obtained a Master’s degree in Law and a complementary Master’s degree in Notary Law, both at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Katrien joined PwC Legal in October 2017 as a lawyer in the Real Estate department.

Working as a lawyer in the Real Estate department, Katrien is mainly involved in (i) advising the various actors in the real estate sector (real estate developers, general contractors, public authorities etc.), (ii) assisting in the drafting and negotiations of various agreements (asset purchase, share purchase, real estate finance, construction and lease agreements as well as other agreements relating to the real estate sector), (iii) assisting with various due diligence reports and (iv) handling dispute resolution as well as litigation with regard to real estate matters.

Katrien is a native Dutch speaker and is fluent in English and French.
