Stijn is a Managing Associate at PwC Legal and specialises in corporate law and M&A. He joined PwC Legal and the Brussels Bar in 2016. His focus is on M&A including legal due diligence, legal structuring of transactions, drafting of transaction documentation, assistance with negotiations, signing and closing and post-acquisition restructurings (including cross-border mergers, entity simplification, etc.). Stijn obtained his law degree from the KU Leuven, a master’s degree in European law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and a master’s degree in corporate law from the KU Leuven. In 2020, Stijn also obtained a postgraduate degree in corporate finance from the KU Leuven. Stijn is a Dutch native speaker and also handles projects in English and French.
