Thomas Buyse

Thomas is a member of the employment law department of PwC Legal since September 2017. He specializes in employment law and social security law and provides advice to a wide range of clients in various industries, amongst which the construction and real estate industry.

More specifically, Thomas focuses on the employment law aspects of corporate restructurings, M&As, transfer of undertakings, flexible work arrangements, social inspections and being in control of employment related risks.

Thomas is known as pragmatic and results-oriented, consistently prioritising the legal and economic interests of his clients.

Being a native Dutch speaker, Thomas is fluent in English and French.
