Tom joined the Public Law department at PwC Legal as an associate lawyer in December 2022.

Tom has 15 years of experience and focuses on public business law, in particular public procurement, public-private partnerships, concessions, public real estate, real estate development and government contracts in general.

Tom further advises on general topics of public law, such as the administration and management of local governments, privatisation of authorities, etc.

He represents numerous clients in litigation, before both the Council of State and civil courts.

He is recognized for his regular involvement in high profile PPP projects and his expertise in public procurement law.

Before joining PwC Legal, he has worked in public law band 1 law firms.
