How we can help

Our PwC Legal labour law specialists will help you understand what Belgian labour laws mean for you in practice. Whatever the topic, we’ll make sure you have all the facts you need to make well-informed decisions on your number one asset: your people. We’ll tailor our services to your needs and assist you with everything from drafting and negotiating employment agreements, company policies and collective bargaining agreements to helping you prepare for inspections by the competent authorities.

We aim to avoid conflict and minimise risks, but if a discussion with an employee or the authorities would nonetheless result in a dispute, our lawyers will work with you to develop the most effective strategy and represent you before the courts.
