Along with this ranking, François de Montpellier, recommended by sources as a "very good lawyer", has been awarded a very respectable Band 3 in the lawyers' rankings.

The team is known for its longstanding expertise in assisting clients on real estate transactions involving office properties and logistic sites. It is also singled out for advising clients on development, construction and infrastructure projects and for representing clients in leasing agreements and in building and environmental permitting matters.
