In May 2024, the next social elections will be held in Belgian companies that employ at least 50 employees on average. Social elections are organised every four years and allow employees to elect their representatives in the company’s Works Council and/or Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work.
Although May 2024 still seems a long way off, the social elections should be on companies’ agenda today. In this new episode of the Talk In Legal podcast, our guest and PwC Legal employment law expert Sara joins Olivier to help you understand why you should already start preparing your social elections strategy and to lay out some of the key considerations to take into account when doing so.
This episode is in Dutch, subtitled in French.
