Hooray, it’s National Teleworking Day!

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, teleworking has become the new normal in Belgium. Indeed, the coronavirus has led governments all over the world to temporarily oblige teleworking whenever and wherever possible and Belgium was no different in this respect.
Today, 21 September 2021, marks National Teleworking Day. Although teleworking is no longer obliged - nor recommended - by the Belgian government, both employees and employers have gotten to know the benefits of working from home. The perfect opportunity to remind you of the principles on how to implement telework on a permanent basis.
