Sara brings over 15 years of experience to the Employment Law practice of PwC Legal and combines a specialized knowledge in national and international employment law, pension law and social security tax law. She has worked with a full range of large and medium sized companies in different industrial sectors.

Sara has specific expertise in company restructurings and M&A, including due diligence, works council consultation procedures, post deal harmonisation projects, employee transfers, (collective) dismissals, etc.

She also advises companies on compensation and benefits, flexible reward, pension plans, international mobility, collective bargaining and daily HR topics related to the employee life cycle.

Sara is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
